Exhibiting technology at the 2025 Osaka /Kansai Expo

We will be exhibiting as a consortium for the Beyond 5G Surface Modification Unit at EXPO 2025.
We are engaged in the development of technologies related to substrates, electromagnetic wave shielding, and metasurface reflectors, which are essential for realizing the high-speed communication infrastructure of “Beyond 5G.”
At the exhibition, we will showcase various technologies that contribute to the realization of Society 5.0, including plating primer technology and pattern exposure technology for controlling electromagnetic waves in high-frequency bands, as well as surface modification and plating technologies that enable direct plating onto low-dielectric-resin for next-generation high-speed communication.
The above technology is realized by combining IOX’s innovative metalloid plating method with the precise film output cultivated by Watanabe Gosando’s flexographic plate making.
